Samsung B7722 New Samsung Touchscreen Dual GSM

There are many dual on GSM cell phones that are lauched to the market, especially from from China. Well, this time a Korean mobile phone manufacturers: Samsung offers a slightly different product, more enhanced Samsung Mobile phone that is called Samsung B7722.

The B7722 is a the first dual-SIM touchscreen phone that supports for GSM, 3G/HSDPA. As we all know, if it is only dual phone, actually Samsung has released the dual phones like W579, D780, D880 and C5212.

From many sources, the Samsung B7722 would sport EDGE and HSDPA, 240x432 pixel touch screen (3.2 inches), Wi-Fi, a social networking application, FM radio and 5 MP camera.

Samsung B7722 will be launched to the market in June in Asia, Europe and Africa, with 400 dollars. this new mobile phone probably comes with two colors. Lets see..

Samsung Galaxy S5 launches on NTT DoCoMo Pink color in tow

The Samsung Galaxy S5 has reached the land of the rising sun – the flagship went on sale on the countrys biggest carrier, NTT DoCoMo. This launch also debuts a new color, Sweet Pink, in addition to the standard Charcoal Black and Shimmering White (the Copper Gold and Electric Blue are not available though).

Anyway, the Samsung Galaxy S5 SC-04F is virtually the same as the international version, except for some country and carrier-specific additions. Those are mostly in the connectivity section with Xi LTE (150Mbps downlink), VoLTE (voice over LTE networks), FOMA, 1Seg and NOTTV (mobile TV standards).

The SC-04F also features fast and quick charging – they require dedicated chargers, but they can put 1,200mAh and 1,800mAh in the battery respectively in just an hour. The international Galaxy S5 doesn’t have this feature.

Anyway, the phone will be available tomorrow, May 15, but you can pre-order it right now from NTT DoCoMos web site.

By the way, NTT DoCoMo also launched the Sony Xperia A2 today.

Samsung Galaxy S5 mini specs and photos emerge

Thanks to some anonymous tipster a few images are now available online that show what appears to be a Samsung Galaxy S5 mini. The smartphone looks very similar to a Samsung Galaxy S5, using the same dotted back panel, a heart-rate monitor under the camera lens and even the water-repelling rubber padding underneath the back panel. There even looks to be a fingerprint scanner under the home button.

Looking at the back panel it appears to cover more of edge of the phone compared to the Galaxy S5 and the battery is smaller, which adds some credence to the info that its a mini version.

While the images can be an elaborate hoax it seems perfectly believable for Samsung to release a mini that so closely resembles the bigger version. And now that the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom has been official since last month and the Galaxy S5 Active is official since today were pretty sure this one is coming shortly.

Weve heard about it having a 4.5" display of 720p resolution along with an 8 MP camera, IP67 certification and a heart-rate monitor. Weve even seen official support pages.

The device in the images doesnt appear to have a flap cover on top of its microUSB port, which puts a question mark on the water resistance claims.

According to the source, the Galaxy S5 mini will not have a Snapdragon 400 but rather a new, yet unannounced, Exynos 3 Quad (Exynos 3470) chip with a quad-core 1.4 GHz processor with Mali-400 MP4 GPU and 1.5 GB of RAM.

Samsung and LG may start making quantum dot screens

Korean news agency ETNews is reporting that Samsung and LG are looking to start mass producing Quantum Dot displays. Quantum Dots promise a wider color gamut (by up to 50%) than rival OLED displays, combined with increased brightness and lower power consumption.

Quantum Dot displays are like a hybrid between LCD and OLED displays. They dont use regular LEDs for backlighting, but instead uses blue LEDs which excite two kinds of quantum dots that produce red and green light respectively. Each pixel gets its own LED like in OLED, leading to the improved power efficiency.

This tech has been used for a while in Sonys Triluminos displays and LG has been collaborating with QD Vision, the MIT offshoot behind the quantum dot technology, since 2010 while Samsung has been dabbling with quantum dots since 2011.

Samsung Galaxy S4 New Exciting Accessories

As part of the review, Samsung provided a few accessories that demonstrate the capabilities of the Galaxy S4.

S View Cover
This is a must-have accessory for all S4 owners, transforming your S4 into a different experience. The flip case offers protection for your smartphone as well as allowing you to interact with the smartphone within the see-through window view. When there are incoming calls, you can see the caller and take the call without opening the flip.

With the S View case, you no longer need to use the power button to turn on and off the screen. Simply close the flip and the S4 turns off the screen, and open the flip to wake it up. Best part of all is: you can still use the rear camera when you fold back the case, unlike the normal flip cases.

Wireless Charging Pad
This accessory demonstrates Samsungs advancement in their consumer technology. To make it happen, you need the charging pad and the charging rear case. It takes a much longer time to complete the charge as the charge current is merely 650mAh. During charge, the pad emits a soft electrical pulse that is audible in a quiet environment. Charging on your bedside is not a good idea unless you are a heavy sleeper.

The charging pad must be powered by the higher-rated 2A charger which is included in the package. When used with an incompatible charger, the LED will blink in orange.

A small issue is that you would not be able to enjoy the wireless charging and the S View at the same time. To do wireless charging, you would have to swap the rear casing, adding hassle to the entire experience.


New Chargers Rating
The Galaxy S4s charger is rated 2A, and gets your S4 fully charged in little over 2 hours. And despite the S4s larger battery capacity of 2600mAh, the battery does not last any longer than the earlier models. For my kind of use, it can get by the day, but at times when I was bored and kept using the phone, the battery will drop by half within 3 hours. Using a lower-rated charger simply means it takes longer to complete the charge.

Comparison Tecno Phantom A Infinix RACE Eagle and Samsung Galaxy S3

It is no new news when it comes to smartphones company trying to out do themselves, bullying one another. sometimes its as if smaller companies are not even allowed in the competition. Well,some may be feeble in some countries, while some are strong in other countries.
